Cribs can be prepared in the rooms, and room equipment includes an electric kettle, hair dryer, television and refrigerator. Please confirm crib availability in advance. All rooms are non-smoking, and there is a smoking area on the first floor of the lobby.

Breakfast is an American breakfast served from 7 to 10 a.m. at the hotel restaurant with blue. Guests may switch to the Japanese-Western-Ryukyuan buffet at Maralunga Waryu Sosaku in the adjacent Shigira Bayside Suite Allamanda; if you would like to do so, let the staff know at check-in. Both restaurants have a dress code, and guests are asked to refrain from wearing tank tops, swimwear, sportswear or beach sandals. Children's clothing needs the same attention. There is no communal bath or onsen at the hotel. The onsen is at Shigira Ogon Onsen, a separate facility within the resort, and is not provided within the hotel itself.

Parking is free with no reservation required and has space for 60 cars, and valet service is also free.
