Crystal Villa Bayside Miyakojima is a set of whole-villa rentals surrounded by the greenery of Miyakojima, and every villa has its own private pool, sauna and jacuzzi. With a full kitchen and a washer-dryer, families can spend their time together without worrying about other guests. Children who have not yet started elementary school do not count toward the occupancy limit and stay free of charge, and a crib (reserve at least 2 days in advance) and a baby chair are available to borrow. Do note that the pool is not heated, there is no children's pool, and no bed guard is available, so please check these points before booking.
Rooms
Crystal Villa Bayside Miyakojima consists of independent villas, each taken by just one group per day, and every villa has its own private sauna, pool and jacuzzi. Size and capacity vary by room type: Room A is 99.54 sq m for 1 to 8 guests, Room E is 80.64 sq m for 1 to 6 guests, and Room F is 68.76 sq m for 1 to 4 guests. Room E has one king bed and two double beds - two beds measuring 140 cm wide by 200 cm long, and one bed measuring 180 cm wide by 200 cm long. A kitchen, cooking utensils and tableware are all provided, and a fully automatic washing machine with a dryer is free to use, so even with young children you can settle in and stay as though you were living there, keeping on top of everyday things.
Dining
You can have a BBQ on your private terrace, order shabu-shabu or sukiyaki catering from Shabuan, the property's own directly operated restaurant, or arrange a hot sandwich set for breakfast. Note that the BBQ, shabu-shabu and sukiyaki menus do not include meals for children aged 0 to 6. The breakfast hot sandwich set likewise does not include a portion for children under school age who are co-sleeping, so you will need to prepare meals for young children separately. The breakfast hot sandwich set also cannot accommodate food allergies, so please take this into account as well. Meals are delivered to your villa by 6 p.m., and you cannot specify a delivery time.
Baths and Pool
The bath and toilet are in separate rooms, and the bath has a separate washing area and a jetted tub. The private pool on the terrace differs in size from villa to villa; it is not heated and there is no children's pool, so take care with the water temperature and the depth when getting in with a young child. The sea in front of the property is in a no-swimming zone.
Family-Friendly Features
Children who have not yet started elementary school do not count toward the occupancy limit and stay free of charge, without amenities or bedding. Terms differ by the child's age and circumstances: up to 3 children may co-sleep, elementary school children pay 100% of the adult rate, babies and toddlers with meals and bedding cannot be accommodated, and babies and toddlers with neither meals nor bedding stay free of charge. A crib and a baby chair are available to borrow, and using a crib requires advance notice at least 2 days before your stay. Children's swim rings and tableware are also available to borrow. On the other hand, no bed guard is available, and barrier-free features are not among the property's facilities. Because the villas sit in natural surroundings, insects are drawn to the lights at night, so insecticide is provided in each villa. As for fireworks, only handheld ones are permitted.

The property is about 15 minutes by car from Miyako Airport. Nearby are the A-Coop Shimoji store (about 10 minutes by car), the FamilyMart Miyako Shimoji store (about 10 minutes by car) and the Don Quijote Miyakojima store (about 20 minutes by car). Parking is in front of the entrance to each villa and is free to use. Check-in is self-check-in, and if you will be arriving late you need to contact the property in advance.
