Families with children can stay too, and the main building has spacious Japanese-style tatami rooms made up of two connecting rooms, which suit families with young children. On plans that include dinner, a mini kaiseki is prepared for elementary school children and a kids' plate for preschool-age children. The annex holds just three rooms with a view bath, well suited to anniversary stays as well.

The main building has spacious Japanese-style tatami rooms made up of two connecting rooms, ideal for families with young children and for groups. Because the layout runs across two connecting rooms, you can settle in without worrying about other guests. Rooms in the main building share a bath and toilet, and on accommodation plans the room type is assigned by the inn. The annex is reached by walking through the tatami-floored interior of the building and holds just three rooms with a view bath - Yuri, Fuji and Kaede - each with a 10-tatami-mat Japanese-style room, a 6-tatami view bath and a toilet with a bidet function. The view baths in the annex rooms are not fed by the onsen. The whole building is floored in tatami, so you can enjoy the feel of walking barefoot. The guest rooms and the rest of the building are non-smoking.
Dining
The dining area is a Japanese-style space with chairs and tables, and private seating can be arranged depending on the size of your party; please inquire in advance. Breakfast is served in a private room. It is a Japanese breakfast made with Chita ingredients, including freshly cooked kamameshi (rice steamed in its own small pot), seasonal dried fish and local shirasu (whitebait).
Baths and Onsen
The separate communal baths for men and women use the natural Minamichita onsen, which leaves the skin smooth. The spring water is a sodium chloride strong-salt spring. The baths are open from 7 a.m. to midnight, and there is a powder room and a mineral water server. An annex room with a view bath lets you bathe privately, though that view bath is not fed by the onsen.

A microbus shuttle is also available if you request it in advance.
Access
The inn is about 5 minutes from Meitetsu Utsumi Station along National Route 247 toward Morozaki. Parking is free for up to 50 cars and needs no reservation. There is a sign in front of Higashihama Beach, and the inn stands right beside the beach.
