The Deluxe Room King has a rain shower only, with no bathtub, while the Deluxe Room Twin and higher categories have the bath and toilet in separate rooms. The Deluxe Room King is 25 sq m, with one Simmons bed measuring 183 cm wide by 203 cm long, and it has only a rain shower booth, with no bathtub. If you want to bathe in a tub with a young child, skip the Deluxe Room King, which has no bathtub, and choose the Deluxe Room Twin or a higher category with a separate bath and toilet. Connecting rooms are available in some room types and must be reserved.

Breakfast is served buffet-style at CRUST on the first floor of the hotel from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., with last orders at 10 a.m. It costs 3,700 yen for adults and 1,800 yen for children aged 6 to 12. Alongside freshly baked bread, salads and egg dishes from the egg station, the buffet includes Japanese dishes featuring Nagoya-meshi (Nagoya's local specialties). If anyone in your party has a food allergy, check with the hotel in advance; allergy-conscious dishes may be possible. For co-sleeping children, breakfast is free for children who have not yet started elementary school and 1,800 yen for elementary school children.
