Every guest room is on the 27th floor or higher, with views out over Tokyo. Co-sleeping is free for children aged 12 and under, and cribs are available to borrow free of charge. The hotel's restaurants have children's menus and high chairs. There is no communal bath, onsen or pool, and the fitness facilities are limited to ages 16 and over.
Rooms
Classic Rooms are 23 to 31 square meters and sleep up to 2 guests, and Premium Rooms are 32.5 to 38 square meters and sleep up to 3. Club InterContinental Rooms are 35.5 to 40 square meters: the king rooms sleep up to 2 guests and the twin rooms up to 3. Suites are 70 to 104 square meters. A stay for 3 guests requires an extra bed, which costs 5,000 yen per night (tax and service charge included). An extra bed cannot be arranged, however, for the Classic Room booked with the room type assigned by the hotel. Children aged 12 and under can also stay by co-sleeping. The Classic Double and the Premium Twin (combined bath-and-toilet unit) have the bathtub and toilet together in a single unit. If your party is split across two rooms, double-type rooms can be arranged side by side, but twin-type rooms cannot, and there are no connecting rooms.
Dining
On plans that include breakfast, you can enjoy a buffet breakfast at Melodia, the Italian grill on the 26th floor. Children are welcome at the restaurants, and high chairs are available. Both restaurants offer children's menus. The dress code is informal attire or smart casual, and guests are asked not to come in casual wear such as T-shirts, shorts or sandals, so keep this in mind for your children's clothing too.
Baths
There is no communal bath, onsen, open-air bath or private-hire bath, so guests bathe in their room's bathroom. The Classic Double and the Premium Twin (combined bath-and-toilet unit) have a combined bath-and-toilet unit, while rooms such as the Classic King and Premium King have a separate bathtub and shower. The Club InterContinental View Bath King has a view bath where you can take in the scenery while you soak.

Children aged 12 and under stay with no accommodation charge when co-sleeping. On plans with meals, such as breakfast, however, meals for co-sleeping children are not included in the rate. Parking for 11 cars is on the first basement level of Shinagawa East One Tower, and staying guests can use it for 3,000 yen per night. Late checkout carries an additional charge: staying until 3 p.m. costs 30% more.
