The Deluxe Twin has rates for 3 and 4 guests as well as for 2, and the Premier Double sleeps up to 6, so larger family groups have easy options. In October 2024, the guest rooms on the 11th floor of the main building were renovated to create the Hollywood Twin, a layout with two beds pushed together side by side, and the hotel describes it as a room where families with children can stay with peace of mind. Every room has a washlet-style toilet and an air purifier with a humidifying function, but there is no communal bath, open-air bath or onsen.

Breakfast costs 2,600 yen per adult, and you can choose between a Japanese set meal at Mogamitei, the second-floor Japanese restaurant and teppanyaki grill, and a Western-style buffet at La Gare, the first-floor brasserie and bar. It is served from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Mogamitei has private rooms that can be reserved, so families can eat without worrying about other guests. Meals accommodating allergies are also available. There is no accommodation charge for co-sleeping children, and towels and amenities are not provided for them.
