The hotel has 224 rooms in total: 116 in the main building, connected directly to the east exit of JR Yamagata Station, and 108 in the south building, which opened in November 2020. Rooms range widely, from standard rooms in the 20-square-meter range to the 36 sq m Deluxe Twin and a 72 sq m suite, with a rich variety that includes special rooms such as Japanese-Western rooms and suites. In October 2024, the guest rooms on the 11th floor of the main building were renovated to create the Hollywood Twin, a layout with two beds pushed together side by side, and the hotel describes it as a room where families with children can stay with peace of mind. Every room has a washlet-style toilet and an air purifier with a humidifying function, but there is no communal bath, open-air bath or onsen.
