Parking cannot be reserved and is assigned in order of arrival, though the hotel's FAQ states that staying guests are always able to park. Check-in is from 3 p.m. and checkout is by 12 p.m.; if you use your room past noon you can extend for an additional charge (30% of the regular room rate until 2 p.m., and 50% until 6 p.m.). For stays from June 1, 2026, Nagano Prefecture's accommodation tax applies, adding 200 yen per person per night on site for accommodation charges of 6,000 yen or more.
