There are 226 guest rooms, decorated in calm tones, with Simmons beds and duvet-style bedding in which the comforter is covered on both sides with a sheet. On the Standard Floor, the single and semi-double rooms are 16 sq m with a 140 cm-wide bed, and the twin rooms are 23 sq m with 110 cm-wide beds. The semi-double sleeps 1 to 2 guests and has a child rate, so two people can share the same type of room as a regular single. The New Standard Floor has deluxe twin rooms of 32 sq m with 120 cm-wide beds for 1 to 4 guests, which also have a child rate. The 27 sq m double on the same floor, with a 180 cm-wide bed, is a good choice for families with children. The New Standard Floor also has 16 sq m singles and semi-doubles and 23 sq m twins, with child rates on the semi-doubles and twins. The semi-double on the J Floor has Simmons beds and sleeps up to 2 guests, and the J Floor also has singles, casual doubles and twins. There are rooms with a sofa and two Simmons beds, one 120 cm wide and one 140 cm wide, sleeping 1 to 2 guests. The corner twin is larger than a regular twin room, with windows that frame the Shinshu scenery. Some rooms are connecting rooms, available with a reservation. Bed widths vary from 110 cm to 180 cm depending on the room, so it is worth comparing both the floor space and the bed width against the number of children co-sleeping. Guest rooms have a combined bath-and-toilet unit, and the bathtub has a grab bar. Every room has wired and Wi-Fi internet, an air purifier with a humidifying function, a deodorizer, a refrigerator, an electric hot-water kettle, a tea set, a hair dryer and slippers. A trouser press is provided only in the single rooms. Humidifiers, irons and reading lamps are available to borrow, as are mobile phone chargers.
