Communal Bath Nagomi no Yu (7F, free for staying guests)

The semi-open-air and reclining bath areas are Shiki no Yu, which from June to August becomes Ureshino no Yu, a sodium bicarbonate spring said to be good for the skin. Hours are 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. the next morning at night, and 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the morning. The men's and women's baths swap between morning and evening, so the semi-open-air area alternates. Day-use bathing costs 1,500 yen per person. It is 800 yen for junior high school students and above who show a student ID, and 800 yen for elementary school children and children who have not yet started elementary school. Towels are lent free of charge. A baby bed is set up in the changing room, and a baby bath is provided for children who are not yet out of diapers, as stated on the hotel's family page.
