forumWhat families say

Rakuten Travel rating 4.27 out of 5 (3,139 reviews). Many posts from families mention being able to see Okayama Castle lit up from their room, and guests also praise the Chuggington Room, where they could borrow Plarail trains and play morning and night. The breakfast buffet draws frequent comments about the wide variety of dishes and how satisfying it is. On the other hand, some guests note that parking means using a nearby pay parking lot, where cars can only be taken in and out once, which they found inconvenient.
