All rooms are Western-style, ranging from 18 sq m standard rooms to a 90 sq m suite. Rooms facing south look out over the Shinkansen, local trains and other services arriving at and departing from Okayama Station. Children under school age, as well as elementary school children, can stay free of charge when co-sleeping (up to 2 children, or 1 child in the 18 sq m rooms, and one child per bed). An air purifier with a humidifying function is installed in every room. Renovation work will take place from January to the end of August 2027, and all guest rooms will become non-smoking from February 2027. The main room types are as follows.

Breakfast is a Japanese-Western buffet served at Kuriyasen, the Japanese dining restaurant on the 20th floor. The spread includes freshly made omelets using eggs from Okayama Prefecture and local specialties. It is free for children under school age and half price for elementary school children, at 1,600 yen. The hotel has Japanese, teppanyaki and Western restaurants, and private rooms are available. Room service is available 24 hours a day, so you can also enjoy a meal in your room. Allergy accommodation is possible if arranged in advance.

The underground parking area holds 270 cars, and staying guests can use it for 1,250 yen per night. Late checkout is available until 12:00 p.m.
