The Japanese-Western Twin plus 8-tatami Japanese-style room (63 sq m) has twin beds and a Japanese-style tatami room connected as a suite, and the two can be divided with sliding fusuma doors, making it a good fit for group and family travel. The Japanese-style King Double (38.5 sq m), with a king-size bed, is a popular type with families with small children and with couples. When the Japanese-Western Twin rooms (Soen and Aiden) are used by 3 guests, futon bedding is provided. Kojin-an, the detached house facing the Japanese garden, is a sukiya-style guest room; its indoor bath runs onsen water, but it is not a room with an in-room open-air bath.

Dinner is a kaiseki course and breakfast is a Japanese-Western buffet. Breakfast offers about 80 kinds of dishes, including dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet) cooked in front of you and the regional dish Chikuzen Asakura steamed zoni soup.
