Rooms
The main building has 4 special rooms. Asagiri no Ma has 10 tatami mats plus 2, Mihagi no Ma has 16.5 plus 2, Ukishima no Ma has 12 plus 4, and Meirin no Ma has 18.5 plus 4.5; each sleeps 2 to 4 guests. You cannot request a specific special room, as the 4 rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Sea-side rooms range from 6 to 12.5 tatami mats and sleep 1 to 4 guests, with the size varying by room. The Sea-Side Modern Twin has 10 tatami mats and sleeps 2 guests. Standard rooms have 10 to 12 tatami mats and sleep 1 to 4 guests. The Western-style twin in the main building is the property's only Western-style room; it is for 2 adults, and children cannot use it. When the Modern Twin in the South Wing is used by 3 or 4 guests, futon bedding is laid out separately. The Japanese-style tatami rooms in the South Wing all have bidet toilets, but the rooms do not have a bath.
Dining
For dinner you can choose between the dining rooms Kasayama and Koshigahama. Dinner is served from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with last orders at 8 p.m., and breakfast from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with last orders at 8:30 a.m. Children under school age are served a kids' meal. Elementary school children are served the same dishes as adults as standard, but for dinner a Kids' Kaiseki for elementary school children can be prepared on request, with no change in price. Child rates apply to children of elementary school age and under: 70% of the adult rate when meals and bedding equivalent to an adult's are provided, 50% when children's meals and bedding are provided, 3,000 yen before tax for bedding only, and a facility entry fee of 1,000 yen before tax for children who have not yet started elementary school and use neither meals nor bedding. Food allergies can be accommodated, but because ingredients have to be prepared in advance, please inquire ahead of your stay.
Baths and Onsen
The baths are filled with Hagi Onsen, one of the springs of the Hagi Onsen hot spring village. The spring water is a calcium-sodium chloride cold mineral spring. There is a panoramic communal bath and a panoramic open-air bath, available from 5:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.; on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays they are available from 1 p.m. The 2 communal baths are Iso no Yu and Nagisa no Yu, which swap between men and women in the evening and the morning. The changing room of Iso no Yu has a diaper-changing table. The bathing tax applies only to adults of junior high school age and over.

The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from JR Higashi-Hagi Station. A free shuttle bus from Higashi-Hagi Station is available by reservation. It departs Higashi-Hagi Station at 4 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., and departs the hotel at 7:50 a.m., 8:20 a.m., 8:50 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The grounds have free parking for about 50 cars, along with 2 chargers for electric vehicles only.
