Two of the annex layouts combine twin beds with a 10-tatami or 12-tatami Japanese-style tatami room, giving a family room to spread out. The two layouts that pair a twin with a tatami room give you a tatami area, which makes it easy for families with young children to stretch out. The annex is a 5-minute walk from the main building, and you cross a red bridge to go back and forth. The main building has a Japanese-modern twin on the 2nd floor (semi-double beds) and a Japanese-modern twin on the 1st floor (single beds). There are 14 rooms in all. In-room equipment includes a television, an electric hot-water kettle, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, a humidifier, individually controlled air conditioning and a toilet with a washing function, so a humidifier is on hand in the drier months. The whole property is non-smoking, with a smoking area right in front of the building.
