Gensen Itto Iwate Shizukuishi is a 57-room Japanese-modern inn that opened in July 2026 in Oshuku Onsen, Shizukuishi-cho, Iwate-gun, Iwate. Its communal bath, open-air bath and in-room open-air baths all use onsen water flowing directly from the source, with no added water, no heating, no filtering and no recirculation. Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style with dishes made from Iwate ingredients. Co-sleeping is free for children who have not yet started elementary school, a baby bath and a diaper-only trash bin are available to borrow for your room, and baby food you bring with you can be warmed up for you. A free shuttle bus from Morioka Station is also available.
