forumWhat families say

Rakuten Travel rating 4.49 out of 5 (735 reviews). Parents of young children say it helps to be close to Nagaspa (Nagashima Spa Land) and the Anpanman Museum, so they can get back to the hotel quickly when a tired child gets fussy. One review also mentions that entering the amusement park through the guests-only entrance puts you right by a zone where children can play, which was convenient. Guests report that the buffet offers a wide variety, including character-shaped rice balls for children. On the other hand, some reviews say the building and rooms feel a little dated, though they add that everything was clean and well kept.

Children under school age are not counted in the number of guests per room.

Dining

Dinner and breakfast are both served buffet-style at Kokage, the restaurant on the 1st floor; in-room dining is not available. Dinner has a kids' buffet corner, with serving tables at a height children can easily reach. Children's tableware is provided, including plates, spoons, forks and mugs. Allergens are labeled (egg, milk, wheat, soy, buckwheat, peanut, shrimp and crab), and you can ask the restaurant staff about any items without labels. Safe foods and tableware may be brought in for the guest with the allergy only; please mention this when booking. Baby food itself is not provided, so you need to bring your own. Baby food you bring can be warmed in a microwave.
