forumWhat families say
Rakuten Travel rating 4.49 out of 5 (895 reviews). In reviews from families, guests say the hotel pushed the beds together when asked in advance, which helped with co-sleeping. Meals are a buffet whose dishes change daily, and guests say this keeps them from getting boring. Guests also find it convenient that they can get into the Nagashima pool early and that a corridor connects to the onsen. On the other hand, several reviews point out that the elevators are small and can be too full to board when it is busy.
