forumWhat families say

Rakuten Travel rating 4.34 out of 5 (6,592 reviews). Families with children report that there was enough space for three children to play even on a rainy day, and that the spacious breakfast venue, which has a live kitchen, offers a wide variety of buffet dishes. Many guests also praise the courteous service at the front desk. There is also a report, however, that a cutlery set apparently meant for children had dirt and dust on it, so if that concerns you, it is worth checking when you arrive.
