forumWhat families say
Rakuten Travel rating 4.44 out of 5 (6,849 reviews). In reviews from families with children under school age, guests say the underground passage leads straight into the hotel, so they hardly got wet even in the rain, which helped when they had large suitcases. Reviewers also note that children's amenities are provided, and rate the renovated rooms as clean and the service as courteous. On the other hand, some say the air conditioning outside the rooms was not effective in summer, and some were disappointed with both the selection and the price of the breakfast buffet.
