Hotel Fukuracia Osaka Bay is a convenient base for exploring the Osaka Bay area, about 5 minutes from Cosmo Square Station on the Osaka Metro Chuo Line by Circle Bus. Every room is at least 18 square meters. Co-sleeping is free for children in elementary school and younger, and breakfast is free for children under school age. The hotel has the free communal bath Yuraku, a sauna and a free playroom, and it is an easy trip to Kaiyukan and Universal CityWalk.
Rooms
All guest rooms are at least 18 square meters, with free Wi-Fi and wired LAN access in every room. The largest room, the Deluxe Fours room, measures 45 square meters and has 4 beds; the living-room sofa can also be used as a bed, allowing up to 6 guests to stay, which suits families and groups. Breakfast is a buffet at The Season, a 198-seat restaurant on the first floor. It is available from 7:00 to 9:00 on weekdays and from 7:00 to 9:30 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Breakfast costs JPY 1,600, rising to JPY 1,900 for stays from July 19, 2026. The new price applies to new reservations made from July 18 onward. Breakfast is free for guests using plans with breakfast included and for children under school age. A section featuring Osaka specialties such as takoyaki (octopus dumplings), mini okonomiyaki (savory pancakes) and kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) is popular with children. Children co-sleeping with an adult may eat breakfast with the adult; children under age 6 eat free, while children ages 6 and over pay JPY 800.

Guests staying at the hotel may use the communal bath Yuraku free of charge. It also has a dry sauna and a cold-water bath.
