The bathroom is stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels and towels.

The 100 sq m lawn garden gives children room to run around outdoors. A short walk away is Oni no Sentakuita (the "Devil's Washboard" rock formation), where you can enjoy playing on the rocky shore. Do note that sleepwear is not available to borrow and must be brought with you, toothbrushes are supplied for the first day only, and bath towels and face towels are prepared for 3 days, so take care over what you pack for a longer stay.

The villa is a 5-minute drive from JR Oryuzako Station (a 28-minute walk), 20 minutes by car from Miyazaki Airport, and 20 minutes by car from Miyazaki IC on the Miyazaki Expressway. There are 2 parking spaces beside the building, free of charge but requiring a reservation. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m., with early check-in and late checkout available for an additional 2,500 yen per hour.
