Only 12 rooms allow smoking, and you tell the hotel your preference when booking. The 6th floor is a newer extension that the elevator does not reach, so guests take the stairs up from the 5th floor, which means a stroller has to be carried up.

You can choose a room-only plan, a plan with breakfast, or a plan with both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., and dinner on the two-meal plan from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.; after 9 p.m. the meal is eaten in your room.

The hotel sits in central Miyazaki City, about 300 m — roughly a 5-minute walk — from the Nishitachi entertainment district. It is 5 minutes by taxi from Miyazaki Station, 18 minutes by car from Miyazaki Airport and 15 minutes by car from Miyazaki IC; walking from Miyazaki Station takes about 20 minutes. There are three parking areas in all: the first lot on the south side of the hotel and the second and third lots on the west side, and all vehicles can be parked. Microbuses and vehicles of 1.5 t or larger require advance reservation and are charged from 700 yen. Late checkout can be extended to 11 a.m. for 700 yen per hour.
