Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. (last order 9:00 a.m.) at Top of Kushiro, the view restaurant on the top floor, 17F. Prices are 2,900 yen for adults, 1,900 yen for children ages 6 to 12 and 900 yen for preschool-age children ages 3 to 5. No children's meal menu is offered, and a co-sleeping child who has breakfast is charged separately. Guests with allergies to any of the 7 specified allergenic ingredients can be accommodated if they let the hotel know in advance. The restaurant is entirely non-smoking and has a private room, SKYROOM, for up to 12 people.

Parking is 1,000 yen per vehicle per night for staying guests, with Lot 1 in front of the hotel (about 90 spaces) and Lot 2 about a 1-minute walk away (about 80 spaces). Large vehicles cannot be parked. Check-in is from 2 p.m. and checkout is by 11 a.m. Late checkout is available for a fee depending on room availability.
