The hotel is 5 minutes by car from Isawa Onsen Station on the JR Chuo Main Line and 10 minutes by car from the Ichinomiya-Misaka IC on the Chuo Expressway. A free shuttle runs between the hotel and either Isawa Onsen Station or the Isawa Onsen stop on the Chuo Expressway bus: call after you arrive at the station or bus stop between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on your check-in day and they will come to collect you. After checkout there are two runs, at 9:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.; if you are pressed for time by your train, you can ask at the front desk. Parking is outdoors on the property and needs no reservation. There are partner orchards nearby, and on plans that include grape picking or Shine Muscat picking the hotel provides a free shuttle to the orchard. For winter, Kamui Misaka Ski Resort is 20 minutes by car and Fujiten Snow Resort 55 minutes by car, but there is no shuttle from the inn to either.
