Baths
The top floor, the 14th, has Tabibito no Yu, separate men's and women's communal baths with radium artificial hot spring water. The water is made by dissolving Radiohope, a quasi-drug approved by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and it is colorless and odorless, so anyone can soak comfortably. The baths are open from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. the next morning and from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m., free of charge for staying guests. There is no private-hire bath, so families who want to bathe with a baby or toddler without worrying about other guests will need to use the en-suite bathroom in their room.

The dinosaur monuments and Dinosaur Square, a 3- to 5-minute walk away, are a popular photo spot thanks to their moving dinosaur statues. The Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum and Echizen Matsushima Aquarium are each about 60 minutes away by car.
