Access and Shuttle

Check-in is at 2:30 p.m., with the last check-in at 10 p.m., and checkout is at 10 a.m.; please contact the ryokan if you will arrive after 6 p.m. Parking is free for 80 cars with no reservation required, and cars can be left from the day before check-in until one day after checkout. Shuttle service to and from JR Tsuruga Station runs for pickups between 2:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. and for drop-offs at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m., both by reservation. The shuttle bus does not carry child seats (booster seats), so please check with the ryokan whether you can use it.
