Every night from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., a half-size soy-sauce-based ramen called yonaki soba is served free of charge. Because breakfast is a buffet, the hotel does not create individual allergy-specific menus or prepare dishes with particular ingredients removed. Cooking utensils and oil are shared with other ingredients, so trace amounts of ingredients containing the 9 specified allergens may be mixed in.
