Guest rooms come in five types: Single, Semi-Double, Comfort Double, Comfort Twin, and the Universal Room, a wheelchair-accessible barrier-free type. The Single is 12.85 sq m with a 120 cm-wide bed and sleeps 1. The Semi-Double is 14.19 sq m with a 140 cm-wide bed and sleeps 2. The Comfort Double is 15.25 sq m with a 150 cm-wide bed and sleeps 2 adults, and children of elementary school age and under are welcome to co-sleep free of charge. The Comfort Twin is 21 sq m with two 120 cm-wide beds and also sleeps 2 adults, and here too children of elementary school age and under can co-sleep free of charge. The beds have casters underneath, so you can move them together to make a Hollywood twin. Every room is guaranteed to be a corner room, so you do not have to worry about the neighbors if your child cries during the night. The Universal Room is 16.41 sq m with a bathroom and toilet and a 120 cm-wide bed made by Nihon Bed, and sleeps 1. It has no steps and a roomier bathroom area, so it is easy to move around with a small child. Every room has an electric hot-water kettle, a refrigerator, a toilet with a bidet function and individually controlled air conditioning, and the built-in air conditioning has an automatic humidifying function that keeps the air pleasantly moist. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, in guest rooms and in the lobby alike. You can choose between non-smoking and smoking rooms.
