Guest rooms include 4 types of family rooms supervised by Shibukawa Animal Park. The bright interiors are decorated with animal illustrations and are designed so children can take off their shoes and play. There is the 66 sq m Family Room (with a 6-tatami area), the 85 sq m Yamagoya (with an 8-tatami area), the 69 sq m Mizube (with an 8-tatami area) and the 60 sq m Makiba (with a 12-tatami area). Yamagoya, Mizube and Makiba each accommodate 2 to 8 guests, while the 66 sq m Family Room accommodates 2 to 6 guests. Please note that in the Japanese-style tatami rooms and Japanese-Western rooms, guests lay out the futon bedding themselves. There are also Japanese-Western rooms named Hoshizora and Aozora, inspired by Toy Kingdom, with one single bed and one double bed; futons are added for stays of 3 or more guests.

Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet at Restaurant Sunset on the first floor, served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. Dinner is a popular buffet with about 50 Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes, including a teppanyaki counter where the chef cooks in front of you and a chocolate fountain. There is also a yakiniku restaurant serving authentic Korean cuisine and carefully selected wagyu beef, and a Japanese restaurant featuring seafood from the Seto Inland Sea. On plans that do not include dinner, guests can order reasonably priced dishes such as takoyaki, ramen, udon and fried chicken at the dining spot Wa. Children's rates are set in detail by accommodation plan and age: for co-sleeping children ages 0 to 2 there is no meal charge, children ages 3 to 4 co-sleeping pay the meal charge only, and from ages 5 and 6 many plans do not accept co-sleeping and instead apply a children's rate that includes bedding and meals.
Baths and Onsen
The hotel has the natural radon onsen Tamano Onsen. The spring water is a sodium-calcium chloride spring and a radon spring (known as ginsen, or silver spring). There is a communal bath, an open-air bath and a sauna. On some dates the morning bath the following day cannot be used because of maintenance on the communal bath, so we recommend checking for your stay date. Children's yukata are available in sizes from 120 cm to 160 cm, but only for guests staying on plans that include bedding and meals.
Play Areas and Pools
The first-floor lobby has a kids' corner and the Waku Waku Maze, and basement level 1 has a game corner, so everyone from small children to elementary school children can have fun. The indoor heated pool and the shallow pool for young children (54 cm deep) operate in summer; the indoor heated pool is 20 meters long, 6 meters wide and 1.2 meters deep. In summer, the Garden Water Park with a water slide and animal boats also appears on the first-floor garden terrace. From the hotel, Toy Kingdom and Shibukawa Animal Park are about 5 minutes away by car, and Naoshima, home of the Chichu Art Museum, is about 40 minutes away by car and ferry.
