Some twin rooms on the fourth floor are former Japanese-style tatami rooms converted to flooring, and there is a raised step at the entrance. Twin rooms on floors 5 through 8 range from 26.9 to 32 sq m and have Simmons beds. All rooms are non-smoking, and Wi-Fi is free.

Breakfast is served either as a buffet with a wide range of flavors or as a colorful set menu; the hotel decides which format to use depending on the circumstances. The Japanese restaurant Gibi offers a kids' menu at both lunch and dinner, and orders are limited to children up to elementary school age. The 2,200-yen course includes Nagi wagyu beef steak, fried chicken, french fries, chawanmushi savory egg custard, onigiri rice balls and ice cream, while the 4,400-yen course adds sashimi and Hamburg steak. On the third floor are the communal bath Sazanami no Yu and a panoramic open-air bath, both looking out over the Great Seto Bridge and the scattered islands of the Seto Inland Sea. The water is not onsen water, but staying guests can use the baths free of charge. They are open from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Under Okayama Prefecture regulations, children ages 6 and under may bathe together with a parent of the opposite sex. Children who are not yet out of diapers are asked to refrain from using the baths.
