Yes. There are four private-hire open-air baths of natural onsen water on the rooftop, facing Beppu Bay. The charge is 2,500 yen per bath for 45 minutes, and they are open from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. the next morning. Advance reservations are not accepted.

For dinner, elementary school children are served the same Sora kaiseki course as adults, and you can switch to a children's menu by letting the inn know in advance. Children who have not yet started elementary school are served a kids' meal at dinner.
