When three guests share a room, one of them uses an extra bed measuring 90 cm wide by 185 cm deep. Connecting rooms are available in some room types, though the number of rooms is limited, so please inquire early. Bathrooms have a bathtub and a separate shower booth, but there is no communal bath, onsen or private-hire bath. Humidifiers and air purifiers are also available to borrow free of charge. The Deluxe floors have been renovated since 2024 and the Luxury floors since 2023, and all rooms are non-smoking.

Breakfast is a buffet at the restaurant Amadeus: 5,060 yen for adults, 2,530 yen for children ages 4 to 12, and free for children ages 3 and under; guests ages 13 and over pay the adult rate. Room service is available for breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., for lunch and dinner from 12 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and for night snacks from 8:30 p.m. to 10 p.m., with light meals and a kids' menu among the options. The Japanese restaurant Hanano and the Chinese restaurant Kokyu have private rooms, making them easy to use as a family. If anyone has a food allergy, let the hotel know in advance and they can discuss the options with you.

A free shuttle bus runs between JR Osaka Station and the hotel every 30 minutes, departing the hotel from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Osaka Station from 10:10 a.m. to 6:40 p.m. Parking holds 300 cars, requires no reservation and costs 2,000 yen per night.
