A baby and kids' space for staying guests only. In a wooden space where children can move around freely, they can pull themselves up to stand and cruise along holding on, and discover the fun of playing with both mind and body through activities such as wooden play-kitchen sets that build the imagination. Areas are divided by age, so even babies from age 0 can use it with peace of mind.

A corner of baby and children's items that you are free to take as you need during your stay at the hotel. It is stocked with children's toothbrushes, slippers (13 cm and 15 cm), jinbei and yukata for children (from 90 cm), toilet-training seats, two-step stools, picture books and games to borrow, including playing cards, UNO and Jenga.

Waku Waku Stay Kirin, in the Garden Court building, is a children's themed room where the bunk beds feel like a secret hideout and the ceiling glows in the dark, revealing a sky full of stars at night. Family Stay, in the Sky Court building, is a large Japanese-style tatami room that was newly Welcome Baby-certified in April 2026. Welcome Baby Stay is a Japanese-Western room with beds pushed together into one flat surface, baby items provided and a garden balcony; all Welcome Baby Stay rooms are non-smoking.

The dinner buffet venue has a kids' corner with the dishes children love. Baby food is free of charge at dinner and breakfast, and about 30 kinds of baby food are available at 160 yen each. Children's tableware, paper bibs, food scissors and a masher are also provided, and the restaurant has picture books as well. The buffet runs in two seatings: the first from 5 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. and the second from 6:45 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with the second seating running from 7:15 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

An open-air bath for staying guests only, wrapped in the fresh air of the forest. It alternates daily: the women's bath on odd-numbered days and the men's bath on even-numbered days. Hours are 10 a.m. to midnight on your check-in day (last entry 11 p.m.), and 5 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. the next morning (last entry 9 a.m.).

A large day-use hot spring with 10 baths, including Sekkei no Yu and Hikou no Yu, plus a mist sauna, a dry sauna, a silk bath and an open-air bath. After your soak you can also enjoy a massage or the comic-book corner. Hours are 2 p.m. to midnight and 5 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. the next morning, with day-use bathing from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Staying guests can enter Hamanako Pal Pal, the amusement park directly connected to the hotel, free of charge from their check-in day through their checkout day. All-day ride passes can be purchased at a special price. In summer, Pal Pool inside Pal Pal can also be used for a separate facility fee of 1,100 yen.
