A play space just for hotel guests, with a wooden play area where little ones can pull themselves up and take their first assisted steps, plus 'wooden pretend-play' toys that spark the imagination through hands-on play. The space is divided into different areas by age, so even babies from age 0 can use it with peace of mind.

A guest-only lounge where families can enjoy board games and books together with their children.

A corner stocked with baby and kids items that guests may freely take as needed during their stay: kids' toothbrushes, slippers (13/15 cm), jinbei/yukata (from 90 cm), a toilet training seat, a two-step stool, picture books, and games for loan (playing cards, UNO, Jenga, and more).

'Waku Waku Stay Kirin' (Garden Court wing): a kids-themed room with bunk beds that feel like a secret hideout, plus a glow-in-the-dark ceiling that shows a starry sky at night. 'Family Stay' (Sky Court wing, a large Japanese-style tatami room, newly Welcome Baby-certified from April 2026). 'Welcome Baby Stay' (a Japanese-Western room with beds pushed together to form one flat surface, baby items provided, a garden-facing balcony, and completely non-smoking).

The dinner buffet venue includes a 'Kids Corner' stocked with dishes popular with children. Baby food is free at dinner and breakfast, and about 30 kinds of baby food are also available for purchase (JPY 160 each). Kids' tableware, paper bibs, food scissors, and a masher are also provided. The buffet runs in two sittings (first sitting 5:00-6:45 p.m. / second sitting 6:45-8:30 p.m.; on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays the second sitting is 7:15-9:00 p.m.). Picture books are also available in the restaurant.

An open-air bath reserved for hotel guests, surrounded by the fresh air of the forest. It alternates by day - women's bath on odd-numbered dates, men's bath on even-numbered dates. Hours are 10 a.m. to midnight (last entry 11 p.m.) on the day of check-in, and 5 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (last entry 9 a.m.) the following morning.

A large day-use hot spring facility with 10 baths (including Shakkei no Yu and Hinoka no Yu), a mist sauna, a dry sauna, a silk bath, and an open-air bath. After bathing, guests can also enjoy massages and a comic-book corner. Hours are 2 p.m. to midnight and 5 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. the next morning; day-trip bathing hours are 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Hamanako Palpal, an amusement park directly connected to the hotel, offers free entry for hotel guests from the day of check-in through checkout day. Ride-all-day passes are available at a special discounted price. In summer, the park's 'Pal Pool' is also available for an additional facility-use fee of JPY 1,100.
