Dining
Breakfast is a Nagomi set meal paired with a small buffet, and the menu changes monthly. It is served in the 11th-floor restaurant with a view, with entry from 7 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. and closing at 9:30 a.m. Dinner is not served, so guests dine at nearby restaurants. For a single night's stay, breakfast cannot be changed to a Western menu, but on consecutive-night stays the breakfast on even-numbered nights of the stay switches to a Western menu. Guests with allergies to specified allergenic ingredients can be accommodated as far as possible if they notify the reservation center at least 3 days in advance.
Baths and Onsen
There are 2 communal baths, where the onsen waters of Noboribetsu, Toya and Kita-Yuzawa rotate monthly. Hours are 3 p.m. to midnight and 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.; the baths are unavailable from midnight to 6 a.m. The bathing areas also have a sauna. Guest-room bathrooms have a shower room only, and there is no private-hire bath, so families bathing with young children use the communal baths.
