Seven Days Hotel Plus is a business hotel in central Kochi, close to JR Kochi Station and Harimayabashi Bridge. Children can stay only by co-sleeping, with an additional charge of 1,500 yen for children who have not yet started elementary school and 2,000 to 3,000 yen for elementary school children, and the Standard Double Room cannot accommodate children at all. The kitchen-equipped Superior Twin and Superior Queen rooms suit family stays. There is no communal bath, onsen or childcare service.

Room choices include the Single Room (12 sq m, for 1 guest, with a 120 cm-wide semi-double bed), the Standard Double Room (13 sq m, for 1-2 guests, with a 140 cm-wide double bed), the Twin Room (16 sq m, for 1-2 guests) and the Connecting Room (26 sq m, for 2-4 guests, with two 140 cm-wide double beds). A Deluxe Room is also available, from 10,980 yen for two guests per night with breakfast. The kitchen-equipped Superior Twin Room (36 sq m, for 1-4 guests) and Superior Queen Room (25 sq m, for 1-2 guests, with a queen bed) are well suited to family stays and longer visits. An air purifier, trouser press, humidifier, desk lamp, iron and phone charger are available to borrow free of charge at the front desk. Checkout is normally 10 a.m., but it can be extended to 12 p.m. for an additional 1,000 yen per person.
Family-Friendly Features
Children can stay only by co-sleeping. The additional charge is 1,500 yen for children who have not yet started elementary school and 2,000 yen for elementary school children, and an extra bed is not available. The co-sleeping charge for elementary school children may instead be 3,000 yen on plans with breakfast and 2,000 yen on room-only plans. Note that the Standard Double Room cannot accommodate babies, children under school age or elementary school children, and co-sleeping is not permitted there. The Connecting Room has two 140 cm-wide double beds: with three guests, a child co-sleeps in one of the beds, and with four guests, a child co-sleeps in each bed. When four adults use the room, children cannot be accommodated. Each guest room has an en-suite bathroom; there is no communal bath or onsen, and no childcare service.
Dining
Breakfast is free of charge. Freshly baked bread arrives from the local bakery Pan Kobo Dandan (Pan no Ie on Sundays), served alongside boiled eggs, homemade salad, bananas and 100% orange and grapefruit juice, all self-service in the lobby. From Tuesday to Friday, a Japanese set breakfast made with local ingredients is also an option; during Golden Week and other busy periods, only the bread breakfast may be served. Room service is not available.
Access
The hotel is in central Kochi, a 10-minute walk from JR Kochi Station, a 5-minute walk from Harimayabashi Bridge and 10 minutes by car from Kochi IC. The outdoor automated multi-level parking garage has 40 spaces at 800 yen per night, with parking from noon until noon the following day. Spaces are first-come, first-served, and when the lot is full guests are directed to a nearby paid parking lot. Vehicles with high roofs are given priority for the surface parking area.
