The Grande Room "Pinot noir" is 74 sq m (about 45 tatami mats), with four single beds in the main room, two single beds in the second bedroom and one double bed in the third bedroom, sleeping up to 8 guests. The Special Rooms "Merlot" and "Chardonnay" are each 72 sq m (about 43 tatami mats); the four single beds in the main room can be joined together to form a king-size bed, and together with the two single beds in the second bedroom they accommodate up to 6 guests. The Deluxe Room "Syrah" is 76 sq m (about 46 tatami mats), with two double beds in the main bedroom and one double bed in the second bedroom, sleeping up to 6 guests. The Family Room "Carmenere" is 55 sq m (about 30 tatami mats), with two semi-double beds and three single beds, sleeping up to 5 guests. Every room has a dining kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and cooking utensils, and every room except Syrah also has a front-loading washer-dryer.

None of the plans include breakfast or dinner, so guests generally cook for themselves in the dining kitchen in their room. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery, and a kettle is provided as part of the room equipment. A microwave is installed in some rooms only, and use requires a reservation.
Family-friendly features
This guide covers ages 0 to 12. Child rates are set on every stay plan. The kitchen and kettle in the room can be used to prepare baby food and formula. There is no front desk: check-in is done by yourself on a tablet installed beside the elevator on the first floor, and after entering your details you receive a PIN to enter into the smart lock on your door. Check-in reception is from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., and arrivals after that may mean slower support if any problem arises. If the PIN is entered incorrectly five times in a row, an alarm sounds and the lock stops working for about 3 minutes. An emergency contact number is provided separately. The building is non-smoking, and smoking is possible only outside the building.

The hotel is in Harimayacho, Kochi, a 2-minute walk from Harimaya Bridge and about an 8-minute walk from Kochi Station. It is also a 2-minute walk from the bus stop for buses from Kochi Airport, and convenience stores and restaurants are within a 3-minute walk. There is no dedicated parking, so guests arriving by car use the pay parking lots nearby. Within a 2- to 3-minute walk of the hotel are Life Park Shinbori (500 yen for 12 hours, 900 yen for 24 hours), Anabuki Park (500 yen for up to 12 hours from entry), Ace Square Kochi (500 yen for up to 12 hours from entry) and Park Daisei (500 yen from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., 800 yen from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m.).
