The hotel has 86 rooms in a wide range of types, from singles to twins. The Standard Single is for 1 guest and about 12 sq m, with one bed measuring 125 cm by 190 cm, while the Deluxe Single is for 1 guest and about 17 sq m, also with one bed measuring 125 cm by 190 cm. Rooms that sleep 2 include the Garden View Double, 17 sq m with one bed measuring 140 cm by 190 cm; the Double Room, 31 sq m with one bed measuring 200 cm by 200 cm; and the Twin Room, 31 sq m with two beds measuring 125 cm by 190 cm. Of these, the Garden View Double has a shower booth only and no bathtub. The Twin Room with its two beds and the Double Room with its large bed are easy to use for families with young children. Three types of themed rooms based on Fukka-chan, the official mascot of Fukaya City, are also available. The Grand Fukka-chan Room, where you can meet Fukka-chan dressed as a bellboy, and the Oyasumi Fukka-chan Room, where a yawning Fukka-chan welcomes you, are both for 2 guests and 31 sq m, with two beds measuring 125 cm by 190 cm; to use either of them with 3 or 4 guests, you need to call the hotel by the day before. The Fukka no Mori Room, where Fukka-chan is hidden here and there around the room, is for 1 guest and 17 sq m, with one bed measuring 125 cm by 190 cm; to use it with 2 guests, you also need to call by the day before. Guests staying in a Fukka-chan room receive exclusive original-design goods.
