The 2nd floor of the main building brings the family-focused shared spaces together: a kids' space (7 a.m. to 8 p.m.), a baby room, and a relaxation area with free drinks and soft-serve ice cream. Rooms
The main building has single, double, twin, universal twin, deluxe twin and Relax Twin rooms, as well as rooms with a sauna, while the annex is laid out for single and double use. The main building is centered on twin-type rooms with two permanent beds, which makes moving around easy for families. The Relax Twin has two 180 cm by 200 cm beds side by side, allows up to 4 co-sleeping children of elementary school age and under, and has a room capacity of 6 including children. Its entryway also has space to park a stroller. The main building's double rooms are about 18 sq m with one 140 cm by 200 cm bed, and the annex's standard double rooms are also about 18 sq m with one 155 cm by 200 cm bed. Co-sleeping is free for children of elementary school age and under (ages 12 and under), with up to one child per bed, and extra beds are not available. If two children will be co-sleeping, book a room with two or more beds. For some room types a trundle bed can be arranged for an additional charge, so please ask the hotel in advance if you need one. If more children co-sleep than the room's capacity allows, a room change and an additional charge may apply. For guests moving around by wheelchair or with a stroller, the universal twin (triple) is a step-free, fully flat room with a more generous interior, described as a barrier-free room. Every room has an air purifier with a humidifying function.

On busy days, such as the morning after a big concert or event, waits of over an hour or limits on how long you can stay may be put in place, so guests are advised to allow plenty of time in the morning. The 10th floor of the main building has 4 rooms with a private sauna (Kakyoin, Bansui, Uesugi and Aoba), each with a sauna room, a roomy bathtub and a cold-water bath inside the room, plus a separate bath and toilet and an independent washbasin. The number of children who can co-sleep is set for each room: 1 in Aoba, and up to 2 in Bansui and Kakyoin. The 68 sq m Royal Sauna Twin (Kakyoin) takes just one group per day and sleeps up to 4 guests with an extra bed added. About an 8-minute walk from the West Exit of JR Sendai Station, and 15 minutes by car from the Sendai-Miyagi IC on the Tohoku Expressway. The Sendai Anpanman Children's Museum & Mall and Pokemon Center Tohoku are about a 10-minute walk away (about 500 m), an easy distance with children even on a rainy day. You can also drive here, leave the car at the hotel and walk over, and luggage storage before and after check-in is available. The Sendai Umino-Mori Aquarium is about 20 minutes away by car. Check-in is from 2 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m. On plans for rooms with a sauna, stays can be extended to 12 p.m. at the latest, with no extension past 12 p.m. For parking, the automated multi-level tower parking garage on the property is 1,500 yen per night, the surface lot is 2,000 yen, and motorcycles are 1,000 yen, all including tax. These rates cover 2 p.m. to 12 p.m. the following day; outside those hours, an additional charge applies for every 30 minutes. Vehicles entering the automated multi-level garage must be no more than 5.20 m long, 1.85 m wide and 1.55 m high (up to 2.05 m only in some high-roof bays) and weigh no more than 1,850 kg, so if you are arriving in a tall minivan or similar, checking with the hotel in advance is the surest approach. Examples of vehicles that fit include the Serena, Noah, Voxy and Step WGN; if your vehicle is too large for the automated multi-level garage or the garage is full, the parking staff will direct you to a nearby pay parking lot. Parking staff are on duty from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays and from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays, and vehicles cannot enter outside those hours.
