The Superior Twin is a Hollywood twin layout with the beds lined up flush against each other, and some of them are universal-design rooms in which the two beds stand apart instead. These rooms are also offered as barrier-free rooms for wheelchair users, and you need to contact the hotel if you would like one. The Superior Twin can also take 3 guests with an extra bed added. Every room has an air purifier with a humidifying function and a steam iron, and all rooms have a 42-inch widescreen LCD television with VOD and YouTube, plus NETFLIX and Prime Video if you have an account. The Premier Twin Rooms that look out at Sendai Station are popular with children who love the Shinkansen.

Breakfast is a Japanese-Western buffet with freshly baked bread, beef tongue curry, harako-meshi (salmon and salmon roe over rice), sasa-kamaboko (leaf-shaped grilled fish cake), Yamagata imoni (taro stew) and a salad bar, served from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. with last entry at 9:30 a.m. It costs 2,100 yen for adults and 900 yen for elementary school children, and it is free for children under school age. The venue, the Premier Lounge on the 5th floor, has children's tableware and children's chairs. Menu changes for food allergies cannot be accommodated, but an allergen list is kept on hand and staff can go through it with you if you ask. No dinner is served, so breakfast is the only meal, and in-room dining is not offered. Staying guests can use the Premier Lounge freely from noon to 11 p.m., with coffee, tea, soft drinks and soft-serve ice cream free of charge. For staying guests there are also welcome sweets in the form of banana muffins from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., snacks from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and a late-night duck soba from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., limited to 80 servings a day and ending once they run out.

There is no onsen, communal bath, private-hire bath or sauna. Bathing is done in the en-suite bathroom in your room, which has an anti-fog mirror. A baby bath is among the items available to borrow, so you can use it to bathe a baby.

There are vending machines and a microwave on the 9th floor, and a coin laundry on the 6th floor.
Points to Note
Demolition work is under way at the former Sakurano Department Store near the hotel, scheduled to run from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2027. The work takes place from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next morning, and may cause vibration and noise. On February 8, 2027 the entire building will be without power for a high-voltage electricity meter replacement, so check-in that day begins at 7 p.m. From June 1 to June 30, 2027 the hotel is scheduled to close for generator replacement work, and all dates in that period have been withdrawn from sale. Separately from the room rate, for stays from January 13, 2026 onward, a Sendai City accommodation tax of 300 yen applies to stays of 6,000 yen or more per person per night (room-only, before tax), payable on site.
