Rooms

The upper floors also have Comfort rooms - Comfort Single, Comfort Semi-Double, Comfort Double and Comfort Twin - which come with their own amenities, including a skincare set (face wash, toner and milky lotion), a body-wash towel, and shampoo and conditioner. There is also a barrier-free single with no steps inside the room (140 cm wide by 195 cm deep by 45 cm high). The hotel entrance is flat, the room entrance is 85 cm wide and flat, and the bath and toilet entrance is a flat 80 cm-wide sliding door, with handrails, so guests can move through in a wheelchair. Having so few steps also makes it easier to get around with a stroller. Barrier-free singles can only be booked by phone.

Breakfast is a Japanese-Western buffet at Hanachaya, the first-floor restaurant, and is free for staying guests, served from 6:45 a.m. to 9 a.m. A different European bread is offered each day.
Baths
The artificial radium hot-spring communal bath Tabibito no Yu has separate baths for men and women, and staying guests can use it free of charge from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. the next morning and from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. There is no private-hire bath, so bathing is in the communal bath only.
