In the Annex, the single is 13.7 sq m with a bed 1,100-1,220 mm wide for 1 guest, the twin is 18.5 sq m with beds 1,220 mm wide for 2 guests, and the triple is 18.5 sq m with two beds 1,220 mm wide and one bed 1,100 mm wide for 3 guests. Every room has a Simmons mattress. All Annex rooms have wood flooring and a washing machine, in the style of a studio apartment, but the front desk, communal baths and restaurant are all in the main building, so guests need to walk 20-30 meters over to the main building.
Dining
Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 8:30 a.m. as a buffet made with local ingredients. It costs 1,540 yen at the general rate and 1,100 yen for elementary school children through the fourth grade, and there is no charge for children under school age. Dinner is served from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., with last order at 9:30 p.m., but since October 2024 the only option is a daily set meal reserved in advance by the day before. The restaurant Mogamigawa is entirely non-smoking.
Baths
There are separate communal baths with saunas for men and women. The men's bath is on the first floor and the women's bath is on the ladies' floor on the second floor. Both are open from 5:30 to 8 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. the next morning, and the saunas can be used only during the afternoon opening hours. The women's sauna is currently suspended. Guest rooms also have their own bathroom and toilet.
Family-friendly features
There is no children's rate for accommodation - children pay the same as adults - but children through the fourth grade of elementary school can co-sleep free of charge, but only when two adults share a twin, double or deluxe twin room. Only one child may co-sleep per bed, and no towels, bath towels or amenities are provided for them. Co-sleeping is not possible in single or semi-double rooms. Humidifiers are available to borrow at the front desk. Checkout is at 11 a.m., but it can be extended for 800 yen per hour, until 1 p.m. at the latest, which helps on mornings when getting everyone ready takes a while. Both the main building and the Annex have only one elevator serving each floor, and they can get crowded between 6:30 and 8 a.m. The hotel is not barrier-free, but a wheelchair is available for use inside the building, and staff will help if you run into difficulty.

The hotel is about 5 minutes by car from Sakata IC, about 15 minutes by car from JR Sakata Station, and about 25 minutes by car from Shonai Airport. There is a surface parking lot on site with space for 150 vehicles, and parking is free. Medium and large vehicles such as microbuses and trucks can also park, on a first-come, first-served basis.
