The Japanese-Western style room is 35 sq m, with two 120 cm beds plus 2 sets of futon bedding for up to 4 guests. The barrier-free room is 35 sq m for 2 guests and has a shower chair and a toilet with handrails. All rooms are non-smoking and equipped with an air purifier with a humidifying function. Every room has a Simmons bed. The Japanese-Western style room looks out onto the trains passing by, and because futons can be added, it suits families. Some rooms can be used as connecting rooms, which requires advance reservation.

Breakfast is served buffet-style at Ipea, the restaurant on the first floor, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with last entry at 9 a.m. Local specialties line the buffet, including a premium marinated seafood rice bowl, jingisukan (grilled lamb), Asahikawa ramen and shinko-yaki (grilled young chicken). Breakfast costs 1,980 yen per adult and 900 yen per elementary school child, and is free for children under school age. Dinner is also served at the restaurant.
Baths and Onsen
The natural onsen Minapirika no Yu is free for staying guests. It is open from 6 a.m. to midnight, and the sauna from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. There is a wide range of tubs, including a carbonated bath, a jet bath, an electric bath and the Ishitsubo-yu stone-pot bath. Restrictions apply to children: under local regulations, mixed bathing is not permitted for children aged 7 and over or 120 cm and taller. Elementary school children cannot bathe on their own. Bathing while wearing a diaper is not allowed, and those children may use the shower only. Ganbanyoku (a heated-stone sauna) costs 700 yen per session and cannot be used by children in the third grade of elementary school and under.
