Andaz Tokyo is a luxury hotel on the upper floors of Toranomon Hills. Every room is at least 50 sq m, with a choice of king or twin beds, so families can settle in comfortably. Co-sleeping is free for children through elementary school, and cribs are available to borrow free of charge. The 51st-floor restaurant serves a breakfast buffet, and on breakfast-inclusive plans, breakfast for a child staying in the same room may be free. Note that the pool is for ages 4 and over and the fitness center and spa for ages 13 and over, and there is no communal bath or onsen.

The hotel occupies floors 47 through 52 of Toranomon Hills, and every room is at least 50 sq m. You can choose a king room (one king bed, 180 cm wide by 200 cm long) or a twin room (two semi-double beds), each accommodating 1 to 3 guests. Every room type has a children's rate. Larger options are available too, from 65 sq m Deluxe rooms to 125 sq m suites and a 210 sq m top-tier suite. All rooms are non-smoking, and the soft drinks and snacks in the in-room minibar are free of charge.

Breakfast is served buffet-style at The Tavern Grill & Lounge on the 51st floor. On breakfast-inclusive plans, the breakfast buffet is free for children ages 12 and under staying in the same room.
