A free shuttle bus, available by reservation, runs from Myoko-Kogen Station on the Shinano Railway and the Echigo Tokimeki Railway, reaching the hotel in about 10 minutes. Parking is free for staying guests. In winter, snow and ice mean that only four-wheel-drive vehicles can drive up the slope to the hotel; guests in other vehicles need to park at the ski area parking lot and be driven to the hotel.
