Overview
Mercure Tokyo Hibiya opened in Hibiya in December 2023 with 178 guest rooms themed on theatrical stage design. It is a 3-minute walk from Shimbashi Station and Uchisaiwaicho Station, with a convenience store within a 5-minute walk, and children are welcome to stay. Guest rooms come in four types - Superior King, Superior Twin, Privilege King and Privilege Twin - all 22 sq m and sleeping 1 to 2 guests. The king types have one king bed measuring 180 cm wide by 200 cm long, and the twin types have two single beds measuring 100 cm wide by 200 cm long. Some rooms are connecting rooms, and using them requires an advance reservation.
Dining
Breakfast is served at La Scene, the restaurant on the first basement floor, as a French-style half buffet built around Japanese ingredients and the producers behind them, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. with last orders at 10:30 a.m. The restaurant also has private and semi-private rooms, an option for families who want to eat without worrying about other guests. Meals accommodating allergies can be arranged as well. Room service is not available.
Baths
Superior King and Superior Twin rooms have a spacious bathtub. There is no onsen, communal bath, open-air bath or private-hire bath. From July 1 to September 30, 2026, the guest rooms are closed for renovation work, and after the renovation the bathtubs are scheduled to be replaced with a shower room layout.

Co-sleeping is limited to one child, and the conditions for accepting babies and toddlers vary by plan. Babies and toddlers who need neither meals nor bedding stay free of charge. For those who need bedding but no meals, some plans accept them at 100% of the adult rate, while on other plans they cannot be accepted. Babies and toddlers are not accepted with meals included. Elementary school children pay 100% of the adult rate, in both the lower and upper grades.
