At LAVAROCK, the restaurant on the first floor, breakfast is served buffet-style from 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Room service is available for dinner only: from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays. GGCo., a café and bakery also on the first floor, offers light meals and coffee that you can take out.

Parking is underground, with space for about 19 vehicles and a height limit of 2.1 meters; staying guests pay 2,000 yen per night. Check-in is from 3 p.m. to 1 a.m. the next morning, and checkout is at 12 p.m.
