An extra bed costs 3,630 yen per night, with a 200 yen accommodation tax charged separately. In January 2026, the beds in every guest room were replaced with new Serta beds. All rooms are fitted with an air purifier, a compact humidifier and an electric kettle, and Wi-Fi is free in every room. Every guest-room floor is non-smoking, and smoking is possible only in the smoking area in the first-floor lobby. There are 139 rooms in total.

There is also a casual Japanese restaurant, Chojiya, in the basement. Even with a room-only booking, you can order breakfast simply by going directly to the restaurant, without reserving in advance.
Access
It is about a 3-minute walk from Exit 3-1 of Karasuma Oike Station, where the subway's Karasuma Line and Tozai Line meet. From Kyoto Station the hotel is three subway stops away, a ride of about 6 minutes; by taxi it takes roughly 15 to 20 minutes when traffic is clear, at a fare of about 1,500 to 2,000 yen. The hotel has no parking, so guests are asked to travel by public transport. Three convenience stores are within a 1- to 2-minute walk. One-day subway and bus passes are sold at the hotel for adults only, and children's passes must be bought at the information center at Karasuma Oike Station, the nearest station. Regular check-in is 2 p.m., and checkout is 11 a.m. A late checkout requires a fee for the extension.
