All rooms have an air purifier, a compact humidifier and a kettle, and Wi-Fi is free in every room. Every guest-room floor is non-smoking, and smoking is possible only in the smoking area in the first-floor lobby. There are 139 rooms in total.

Access
It is about a 3-minute walk from Exit 3-1 of Karasuma Oike Station, where the subway's Karasuma Line and Tozai Line meet. From Kyoto Station the hotel is the third subway stop, a ride of about 6 minutes; by taxi it takes roughly 15 to 20 minutes when traffic is clear, at a fare of about 1,500 to 2,000 yen. The hotel has no parking, so guests are asked to travel by public transport. Three convenience stores are within a 1- to 2-minute walk. One-day subway and bus passes are sold at the hotel for adults only, and children's passes must be bought at the information center at Karasuma Oike Station, the nearest station. Regular check-in is 2 p.m., and checkout is 11 a.m. A late checkout is available as a paid extension.
