All rooms have a shower booth only and no bathtub, so if you want to soak in a tub you will use the communal bath. Every room has individually controlled air conditioning with an air-purifying function, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a safe.

Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet served at the restaurant Hatago on the first floor, from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. with last entry at 9 a.m. It costs 2,000 yen for adults and 1,000 yen for children from age 3 through elementary school, and it is free for ages 2 and under. Breakfast is served to staying guests only. Because it is a buffet, the hotel does not prepare individual allergy-specific menus or dishes with particular ingredients removed, and cooking utensils and oil are shared with other allergenic foods, so families with a child who has allergies need to discuss this with the hotel in advance. At night, from 9:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., there is a free serving of yonaki soba, a light soy-sauce ramen. Baths and Onsen
On the top floor, the 10th floor, are the natural onsen communal baths Kobai no Yu, separate for men and women, open from 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next morning. Mixed bathing with children is in principle allowed up to age 6, and if the municipality where the hotel is located sets its own age limit by ordinance, that limit takes precedence; older children use the bath for the same gender as their guardian. There is an indoor bath, an open-air bath, a cold plunge bath and a high-temperature sauna. The spring water is a sodium-calcium sulfate onsen. The sauna alone is closed from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. Putting towels into the tubs and wearing swimsuits are not permitted, and guests with tattoos may not bathe. Across the road from the main entrance there is a Lawson, handy for picking up anything you run short of at night. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and checkout at 11 a.m., and front desk staff are on duty 24 hours, so a late arrival can still be handled. Checkout can be extended for 1,000 yen per person per hour, though this may not be possible depending on how booked the hotel is that day.
