The outdoor pool, open in summer, has a children's area that is 80 cm deep, compared with 120 cm for the adult pool. Arm floats for children under school age are also available. The pool operates April 25 to May 6, 2026, and June 20 to September 30, 2026, and the Family Night Pool runs July 1 to September 23, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., for everyone from young children to adults. The pool is for staying guests only.

Four Seasons and Naruto are not covered by the Kids Meal Passport and charge an additional fee for children under school age, but those two restaurants and Umikaze all offer a kids' menu. Breakfast is a buffet centered on Japanese dishes and needs no reservation. Meals that take food allergies into account can also be arranged.
Baths and onsen
The natural onsen rises from 1,200 m underground, and both the open-air bath and the observation bath look out over the sea. The spring water is a sodium chloride spring, said to be beneficial for sensitivity to cold and for recovery from fatigue. There are communal baths, but no private-hire bath. Opening hours for both the open-air bath and the observation bath vary by day of the week, so please check before you go.

A free shuttle bus, which requires advance reservation, also runs between the Kosoku Naruto bus stop and the hotel. The hotel has a long, horizontal layout, and as a guide, it is about 160 m from the elevator in the South Tower to the onsen in the Main Tower.
