Dining
The first-floor restaurant La Sera serves a wide range of dishes made with ingredients from Aomori Prefecture, prepared to bring out their natural flavor. Alongside Aomori specialties and regional dishes such as the Aomori Kaisen-mori seafood platter and Hachinohe senbei-jiru, there is a wellness menu to start the day feeling good in body and mind, for a total of 80 items. Breakfast is 2,500 yen for adults, 1,800 yen for elementary school children and 1,400 yen for children who have not yet started elementary school, and free for children ages 3 and under.
Baths
There is no communal bath, so guests use the en-suite bathroom in their room. There is also an onsen facility, Aomori Machinaka Onsen, a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

The multi-level parking garage beside the hotel has 30 spaces at 750 yen per night, on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are not accepted. There is a height limit of 1.5 m, and when the garage is full or for large vehicles, guests are directed to parking lots around the hotel (from 500 yen to about 2,500 yen per night). There is a Lawson convenience store within a 2-minute walk of the hotel.
